She also is the Owner of the parent company for Permission which is Blackpreneur. Signae is also a Mother which is her highest accomplishment to date. She leads with pride and innovation for the world to see.
Janis Hepburn - Producer

Janis is a director, writer, producer and actress. She is a native of Fayetteville, North
Carolina who grew up around the creative gifted minds of her family. She went to college on a full 4 year basketball scholarship at Elon University where she double majored in Corporate/Broadcast Communications, but working in the arts is what truly came natural to her. Janis is also the Founder and CEO of One18 Company.
Demorise Barns - Mental Health Therapist
Demorise is the founder of and lead therapist at New Mercy Behavioral Health LLC. Demorise continually aims to reach clients through understanding their needs and gaining their trust. Her morals, values and passion for her craft are what drives her in helping others. She is extremely passionate about helping others and ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary tools to heal completely so that they can live life happy, healthy and whole.
Charis Dorsey ESQ. - Brand Attorney
A 5th generation Georgia native, with strong roots to the city of Atlanta.
She is the proud owner of The Dorsey Firm, LLC, a law practice catered to assisting small business owners with their day-to-day business needs. She also helps her clients locate and protect their assets.

A bit about me, I was born in Houston Texas. I am an alumna of the great Texas Southern University where I received my Bachelors and MBA in Accounting. Now, I’m an Entrepreneur/Accountant/ and Contest Liaison at a great company.
But I’m also on this journey of figuring out my life’s purpose and passion. Ultimately, I enjoy being part of and being known for doing big things. So, I hope my love for family, education, sports, and loving life can inspire others.
